Dispatch
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours on working days, once we have received payment for your order. The delivery time depends on the available stock of the items you ordered. You will receive a message by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
We charge €4.95 shipping costs (NL).
Prices
The prices on our webshop are listed in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment is made via the payment method chosen by you.
Delivery
Goods that we send one day, you usually receive the next day. You can choose to have the package delivered to a different address, indicate this during the ordering process.
Returns
We do our utmost to inform you about our products via our website. It is of course possible that you are not 100% satisfied. You can return your order or article(s) without any problems within 14 days after receipt.

Terms and Conditions
The returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of ordering.
- The completed return form must be included with the return shipment.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including any price tags attached.
- If you have received a defective/damaged or incorrectly delivered item, you must report this to our customer service in advance. Send an email with photos of the defective/damaged item, so that we can assess it as well as possible.
- Items must be: Unworn and undamaged (trying on is allowed);
- To be unwashed;
- Not to have been repaired (or attempted to be repaired) by or through third parties.
- If items have been used more than necessary, you will be charged for the depreciation costs.
- The return shipment must be sufficiently franked.
- Returns are at your own risk. You are also responsible for the costs of returning the item as a customer.
Complaint
If you have received a defective and/or damaged item or an incorrectly delivered item, you must report this to our customer service in advance. Please send photos of the defective/damaged item immediately, so that we can assess the complaint as best as possible. We will then offer a suitable solution. Please wait for this response.
Return procedure
Step 1: Put the products back in the original packaging, including any attached labels.
Step 2: Go to the return procedure
Step 3: Place the return form with the products in the box and send your package to the address below.
Step 4: Once we have received your shipment, you will receive a message by email. After that, you will receive the money back into your account within 14 days.

Exchange
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange products at 4-president.com. If you would like to receive a different size of a certain item, we advise you to return your previously ordered size and place a new order with the correct size.
