Order & Shipping
After successfully completing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. When you receive this email, we have received your order in good order and you can be sure that your order has been included in the processing and shipping process.
Have you not received an order confirmation after an hour? It is possible that the email was stopped and ended up in your spam box or that you accidentally made a typo when filling in your email address. We advise you to contact us via service@4-president.com or +31 348 469449.
Yes, this is partly possible. Unfortunately, we can no longer change orders once the data has been sent to the warehouse. However, we can cancel an order if it is not yet ready for shipping. For this, you must contact us as soon as possible via service@4-president.com or +31 348 469449.
Click on the item you would like to order. Then choose the right color and size and click on 'add to cart'. In your shopping cart you can choose 'check out'. Here you can choose your details and the desired payment method. After payment you will receive the order confirmation by email.
For orders up to €100 we charge €12.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. For all orders above €100 shipping is free!
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a Track & Trace so that you can see when the postal service will deliver your package.
We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. This is dependent on the available stock of the ordered items.

Returns
Extensive information about returns can be found on the returns page.
The items must be returned in their original, unwashed and unworn condition and if reasonably possible with the price tag attached. If you have gone further than necessary in assessing the item, we may charge a depreciation for the damage.
Add the completed return form to the return package. Send the item that does not fit or is not to your liking back to the webshop. The return costs are for the account of the customer.
Once we have received your return, we will refund you for the returned item within 14 days.
Yes, the return costs are for the account of the customer. The amount of these costs depends on the size and weight of the package.
When you send your return, it may take a few days for the package to reach us. When we have received and processed your shipment in good order, you will receive a return confirmation by email.
We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the package.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your items at 4-president.com. We advise you to return your original ordered size and place a new order with the desired size. Contact us via service@4-president.com or +31 348 469449 so we can make sure you do not have to pay shipping costs again!
From the moment your package is delivered to our warehouse, we charge a maximum of 5 working days for processing your return. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Warranty
Our articles are covered by a legal guarantee. As a consumer, you can of course assume that 4-president.com delivers high-quality and sound articles. The complaint is not justified in the following cases:
- Incorrect use or negligent maintenance
- Damage due to failure to follow washing instructions
- Normal wear and tear
Is your item broken? Please contact us. You can do this by sending an email to service@4-president.com, stating your order number and adding clear photos. This allows us to assess the complaint and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
